GLC Contracting was founded by brothers Bill and Joe Garvie, whose complementary backgrounds have helped shape the company.
Bill earned degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Construction from Virginia Tech and leads all aspects of construction operations, project management, and field execution. His technical expertise and hands-on approach ensure every project is built to the highest standards.
Joe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and oversees the company's financial management, business operations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. His focus on client relationships and business development has helped GLC build a reputation for trust and integrity.
Together, they established GLC with a simple philosophy: deliver quality projects, treat people fairly, and build lasting relationships. More than two decades later, those principles continue to guide every project and every client partnership.
